In case of no stock availability for an exchange, we will refund you!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will send a return item out to you.  Please send your item to: Mighty Gadgets Ltd 46 Albatross Road Red Beach 0932 Auckland

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 Non-returnable items

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ravpower@mightygadgets.co.nz

Shipping for returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mighty Gadgets Ltd 46 Albatross Road Red Beach 0932 Auckland

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

FAQ

  • Do you guys have a shop/showroom?
No at the moment we don't. However there are several videos available on you tube about the RAVPower items. Reviews on our website also give you a good indication on the reliabibility of our RAVPower items.  

 

  • How is my order shipped and how long does it take to reach me?

We usually have DAILY courier pick-ups from our warehouse. The try to ensure that all items leave our warehouse in Auckland within 1-2 working days. The delivery time is usually within 3-5 business days for STANDARD DELIVERY. 

If you need urgent delivery please try to get in contact with us and we can arrange for that. 

  • How much do I need to pay for delivery?

It depends on your location as well as the package size that is required for your purchase. Our cart process will show you the shipping costs.

  • How long is the warranty period for your products?

  • Do I need to register my product via mail or online for warranty?

No! Your product comes with an automatic 12 months warranty. You don't need to do anything. Just keep your receipt (digital or hardcopy) as a proof of purchase.  

  • How do I track my orders?

In most cases you will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated.  On receipt of your order, if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.

  • Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is in New Zealand

  • Which payment options do you accept online?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, and ApplePay, Shopify Pay and LayBuy

  • Do you accept "cash on delivery"?

No sorry, we don't offer cash on delivery.  

  • Can I do a self-collection for my online purchase?

As we are a online store only we don't allow pick ups. If you need urgent delivery please get in touch with us!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Our "no questions asked" cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order with us:

  1. Before the Products are delivered to you; or
  2. Within 7 working days of receiving the Products.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions relating to cancellations and returns.

 

  • Which Power Banks allowed to be taken onto the plane ?
The restrictions as per the Federal Aviation Administration are for lithium-ion batteries rated above “100 watt hours (Wh) per battery”. Anything above that limit is restricted. While that limit allows most power banks to be brought on flights, there are still consumer power banks that exceed that limit. Thankfully with prior approval from an airline, power banks rated 100.1-160 watt hours can be taken onboard.

Calculating the watt hours of your power bank is particularly easy and can be done with your phone’s calculator or even in your head. Here’s the formula:

(mAh)/1000 x (V) = (Wh)

In other words, Milliamp Hours/1000 x Nominal Voltage = Watt Hours
